The McGill Laboratory Safety Manual can be found at:
http://www.mcgill.ca/ehs/laboratory/labsafety/
The Health and Safety Centre for the lab is located next to the lab doors. It contains the First-Aid kit and a sink. The MSDS binder is stored in the tall, grey chemical cabinet.
The lab contains the following chemicals (each with an MSDS sheet in the MSDS binder).
Please keep this list up to date on the wiki and in the MSDS binder and ensure that each MSDS entry has been updated within the past 3 years.
This list is current as of April 27 2011.
The Chemical cabinet is the tall, gray cabinet adjacent to the sink. The flammable chem cabinet is the short, blue cabinet in front of the RF room.
Information on the alcohols can be found
