Each project requires a separate project folder located on monashee in /sptraid2/chime/21cmProjects.

Within this folder there must be a file called scanConfig.xml. This defines the the variable parameters of the experiment, including cylinder size/number, frequency, step frequency, resolution (both spatially and bandwith), simulation sky to be used, integration time, and several other things you're less likely to change.
