---+ pipe_makefiles

This function creates a main directory for the pipeline to store data. This directory will have the name stored in szvar.runname. If no szvar.runname is given, the directory will be given a unique name in the form “YYYYMMDD[a-z]”. Two subdirectories are created. One is a calibration subdirectory. Relevant calibration files are copied to this directory from szvar.caldir The second subdirectory is a figure directory where all plots and maps are saved. This function also defines the pathnames for the pipeline output.
