The apex pipeline consists of a number of pipeline subfunctions

pipe_master
pipe_makefiles
pipe_reduce_scan
pipe_loaddata
pipe_makelog
pipe_makemap
pipe_coadd_maps

and a script defining a structure, szvar, which contains the necessary variables. This script is usually named pipe_scr_source where source is the sky field of interest (eg. COSMOS-MC, RXJC2248).
