---+ Discretization Noise in Digital Active Nulling

Motivation

Matt suggested that we might spread 1 LSB / sqrt(12) over the 12 kHz at which DAN operates, which would lead to extreme levels of digitization noise. Here, I look at the effects of digitization using a toy simulation.

Simulation

For intuition building, I ran a quick simulation of DAN nulling away white noise. In ran all four combinations of continuous/discrete accumulator and high/low dan gain (integral control coefficient).

Plots are shown below. It seems that there white noise floor due to the discretization at the accumulator.
